Pulmonary Vein Stenosis (PVS) is a rare, aggressive cardiovascular condition. It is recognized as being the stenosis of one or more of the pulmonary veins that return blood from the lungs to the left atrium of the heart.
Currently there is not a cure for PVS, only treatments to essentially “buy time.” Treatments available include catheterizations, stents, and ballooning of the veins to hopefully relieve congestion in the lungs and ease symptoms. Some candidates can also receive medication to slow the process of the veins narrowing.
Help find a cure so infants can have a fair chance at life! Infants & children with a severe progressive form of PVS have a 1-2 year survival rate of 50-60%. HELP change that!
Previously raised over $1,500 in gift cards. $500 for the families emergency fund & helped give each child 5 toys & 2 gifts for each parent for the Holidays.
Help find a cure so infants can have a fair chance at life!
Help alleviate some of the stress that the holiday season brings by donating a toy to the children and siblings.
Help pay towards their rent/ mortgage or utilities so their only worry can continue to be their child.
I love that book and share it with so many parents and it has been extremely helpful for them. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, all my love.

My name is Sashia DeSimone, a proud mother, wife, daughter, and sister. I was born in Norfolk,VA since my dad was in the Navy. After my first birthday we moved back to Brooklyn and I had a great childhood and education at Regina Pacis. We moved to Toms River, New Jersey when I was in my second grade and I have lived in Ocean County ever since.
I opened my Salon Company, Le Palais Hair Lounge, on May 19, 2007. I am so grateful for all the people I have been blessed to meet throughout my career as they have left such an impact on my life. Now, my focus is Natalia’s Purpose Inc, as I continue to honor my sweet angels.

My name is Linda Erickson and I am incredibly honored to have the opportunity to serve on the Board of Directors of Natalia’s Purpose. I am a retired RN with 45 years experience in both direct patient care and clinical supervision in multiple settings, including Pediatrics, medical/surgical, dialysis, and most recently, twenty years in the emergency department.
Born in 1948 in Long Branch, NJ, I was raised and educated locally. I earned my RN at Brookdale Community College and a B.S. in Biology with HealthCare Concentration from Monmouth College (now University). I am also Natalia's Great Aunt, but I never got to meet her because she never came home from the hospital. I would like to spare another aunt, and another family that sort of pain and loss.
Through Natalia’s Purpose, I want to assist families through the anguishing journey of confronting Pulmonary Vein Stenosis, whether acting as a liason to the medical community or through our fundraising efforts, offering hope through medical research, or direct aid through financial assistance. I hope you will join us in our fight against Pulmonary Vein Stenosis .

I’m Paul DeSimone, a proud husband, father, son, and brother. I was born & raised in Brick Township, New Jersey and still lives there today with my own family. I attended Montclair State University and Ocean County College. I have been in Law Enforcement for about 10 years working proudly for my County.
Family is everything to me, I would do anything for my family and I know they would do anything for me. They were always there for us in our hardest times when we lost our baby girls, Gisele and Natalia.
I would like to thank The Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia and the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia for helping not only my family but the thousands of families they help every single day. They are truly amazing organizations and do everything and anything they can to help families and children in need. With our own experience, firsthand, we want to support families with the unimaginable struggle of caring for seriously ill infants and children.
With your help and generous donations the mission for Natalia's Purpose is to find a cure for Pulmonary Vein Stenosis, provide the essentials for infants and children in need, continue our annual holiday toy & supply donations to the Ronald McDonald House of Philadelphia, and provide the parents and siblings with financial and emotional support.
